Zimmerman lawsuit against NBC

nevermind that it had 14 demonstrable lies attached to it and did not correspond to the eyewitness accounts or even zimmerman's own previous re-tellings of the story, let's use that one.
Correct, unless you got that video I mentioned.

yeah, seeing zimmerman go to jail for needlessly killing a small black child would have been a monumental travesty.

THAT would have been the travesty, not the child lying dead for the crime of walking home.

at least you try to be careful not to give away your motive in arguing what you do.
Aww, UB wants to imply anyone who doesn't jump to his conclusion is a racist.

A 17 yr old young man lying dead for a physical altercation he didn't PHYSICALLY initiate, is a travesty. A 17 yr old young man lying dead for assaulting another individual that wasn't breaking any laws, is regrettable, but justified. Do you have absolute proof of either? If yes, you should have contacted the DA. If no, you really should keep your wild speculation to yourself.

I guess by what you say putting Casey Anthony in jail for the murder of her child would have been a travesty too.
I'm not completely familiar with every detail of the Casey Anthony trial. I try not to speculate on anything beyond the facts.

Putting GZ in jail for self defense would have been a travesty. That's why he's walking around, saving families from burning minivans.

and since you called the alternative a "monumental travesty", it is clear that you have the absolute proof, otherwise you wouldn't have made such a retarded remark.

it wasn't possible for martin to commit assault by the way, any human with a self preservation instinct could have claimed self defense and any attack on zimmerman would be 100% justified.

unless, of course, you are saying that martin had no right to fear for his life when a stranger followed and chased him home in the dark after he ran away.

so you have the video then? you have the proof that you were talking about earlier?

looks like you have indeed made up your mind, and you're just trying to act like you haven't.

thought so. get fucked.

Bullshit. Assaulting someone for walking down a sidewalk and speaking to you wouldn't fly in any courtroom. Just because you fantasize about GZ stalking him with nefarious intent, doesn't will it into reality. That's why the overzealous DA didn't even charge him with "stalking". You really should have been called in as a consultant, you see so much the prosecution didn't.

I don't need video to support my position, you do. Innocent until PROVEN guilty. You say he's guilty so YOU need the evidence. I said incarcerating GZ would have been a travesty. Not because I know he's not guilty, but because it can't be known he was guilty. Hence the necessity of video to support your conjecture.

As much as they tried to convict him without proof (to assuage the feelings of jackoffs like you), the jury realized he hadn't been proven guilty. And that's a good thing for all of us that don't want to go to jail for life for self defense.

Idiot.

I couldn't care less what happens to GZ from this moment forward. Striking it rich on Shark Tank or suffering an aneurism while working as a line cook at Denny's, makes no difference to me. He still got the better end of the deal, unless you think rotting in the ground is preferable. He'll probably slink away into obscurity, remarry and live a fairly normal life.

God bless Sanford Florida and the men she propagates.

The lawsuit is about NBC's willful lies. Do you think it is appropriate for the news media to lie about a private individual, destroy his/her life and stir up racial animosity that resulted in multiple racially motivated assaults? Is this just par for the course for MSNBC? Is this the liberal game plan for racial comity?
NRA's shaded version which, incidentally, fox has the habit of doing to those they don't like by a hundred-fold:

SANFORD, Fla. – Part of a lawsuit against NBC Universal that claims that the television network defamed George Zimmerman in a 2012 broadcast was thrown out by a Florida judge Thursday, putting the entire litigation in jeopardy.
