Eyewitness testimony is notoriously inaccurate.

The best part of all this is that certain people are stating that saying he just robbed a store directly prior to being shot is a smear campaign. WHAT THE FUCK. Can any reasonable person REALLY think that?
I would think it would certainly influence his state of mind. He had to be full of adrenaline and on edge. He probably also thought he was being stopped for the robbery.
I really believe it wouldnt matter if a video did surface showing Brown beating the cop, then reaching for the gun. People would still say MB was murdered in cold blood. The cop had his eye socket broken. But he probably did that to himself, right?

Great, caught a few bass, nothing for the record books...lol and enjoyed some high speed boat runs around the lake. I just bought a new Tempest prop a couple of weeks ago and was testing it out, gained about 4 mph over the last one and the hole shot is about the same, so all in all a great day on the water. The scenery was incredible and the trainwreck was keeping the buzz moving along nicely as well.
Tomorrow we are going to try for the crappie in the deeper water, might even take the pontoon boat out for some swimming in the afternoon.
Any day on the water beats the hell outa work.

Don't know what stormfront is, but several news outlets reported it erroneously. Regardless, he had his face fucked up enough to go to the hospital and have x-rays done, under the assumption that it was broken. I'm sure that is where the mix up came from. Someone probably said he was having an x-ray on his face to see if it was broken, and it got twisted to "his face is broken". Happens every day.
Kind of funny how everyone points out that his eye socket wasnt broken, but COMPLETELY disregards everything else I said. About the robbery being relevant, and not a smear. He just robbed someplace. He was amped and on edge and got approached by the police.

we all saw the officer walking around on tape right after the incident. he was not in a bit of pain.
and if this robbery was so felonious and brutal, why did the store owner not even bother to report it?

I'm still waiting to hear the 911 call from the store he robbed. Owner said he never called. If the owner is saying he wasn't robbed, then how can there be a robbery ?
