This chip it is very bad. 90-95 lm/watt.This product is bad.
@David Pasta
thanks for your feedback.
I am not going to buy finished product from them, as I am not trust the chip they actually use on it.
They can sell me half- build panel which have heatsink fans and lens. What I need to do is buy chips, holder, dirver for lamps, another driver for six fans.
As I dont have much ability to build one. this is they way I found I could possibly have i done myself. Also save me couple hundred dollars.

Look into Vero 29. Anything lower priced than that is probably waste of money. Maybe Vero 18....

Bridgelux v22 almost hits efficiency of the Vero 29. $15 each.

Vero 18s at 500ma are ~48% efficient. So you can run a lot more of them at a lower current with a better footprint. Won't touch the efficiency of the 3590s but either option is a huge upgrade from hid or Chinese box LEDs.

Honestly for that budget, a 600 watt hps is going to do better than anything else. For about double your budget you could go cob. But you could get a 600 watt setup for less than $150. And 600s are pretty efficient as far as production lights go. Not as good as DIY or high quality LEDs, but none of those fit the bill/budget.

If I can cut the heat output I'll be able to grow straight through the summer without A/C. It's a San Francisco, ocean coast type climate. But does get in the 80's in July and August. I run led lights at night and off during the warm part of the day I'll be good.

If my budget wasn't practical, then I need to readjust. It is what it is.

I'm down in la. So similar, but usually warmer. I've never had a problem with a 600 and a 6" inline fan as far as heat goes. Low efficiency LEDs put out just as much or more heat if you have the same wattage output. But if you've got like $500-700 you could totally do led that would cut your heat and electrical output.

With the cheaper LEDs you're really just sacrificing yield due to shear light output. If you want LEDs its worth it IMO to get a light that is more efficient/will do better than hid watt for watt in your space. Otherwise the entire point of shifting to led for me is moot.

You can grow good nug with cheap LEDs, they just don't do any better than their equivalent wattage hps so what the point in spending more?

Do you have an efficiency spreadsheet for V22?

Does it take the same cob holders like the crees? Do you know if Supra has done a spreadsheet for this one? Thanks!
No I think this one flew under the radar as its bridgeluxs budget cob series they don't really advertise it. The veros are more expensive for less efficiency and are kind of their flagship ATM, but they do come with holders. Which I don't use so they do me no good anyway. I'd assume the 2 piece plastic holders that go on the corners of he cobs would work. They're about the same size as 3070s.
