And not only will they be being sued for Religious Rights Violations in seizing and holding on to these materials, but they will also be repaying me for all materials that went missing during testing (because they claim it's gone because they had to use it for testing, but as a member of the Church of Neuroscience I know that when doing testing you can extract, test, polarize, purify, filter and return 100% or at least around 95% of all materials (they do it all the time when they find something like meth and want to charge someone with as much as they can).They will also be charged with the repayment of any nonviable seeds, and possibly the time that was missed during this grow season.
This department just keeps piling lies on top pf lies (the first one being that they had to take everything because it wasn't showing up as drugs in a drug kit, the second being that it took them 4 months to test it). So when they go to court they are really in for it.

Again, I didn't hsout it from the rooftops. I only mentioned that lawsuit when my stuff was in the forensics lab, that lawsuit proved that my things would be release, and guess what...
The merits come from the lawsuits that I actually have been shouting from the rooftops since 2012. I didn't even know about Jeremy Kerr's lawsuit until last year.
Please just get over yourself.

You already responded to my post earlier. And, please show me proof that Jeremy's stuff was released. And, the releasing of your stuff has not been addressed by the Court in your lawsuit. It was released for reasons independent of your lawsuit.

Yes and No. pabby 100% contradicted himself when he said he didn't insult Fin Man. I'll dig up the highly derogatory quote if necessary. TBH, I don't generally mind condescending assholes, I'm one myself.
Anyways, pabby already understands he became a longterm pet-project (of mine) the day he decided to take a screen shot of my post and then later reposted it 3 times. pabby seems to have a personal theme of detractors and negative attention. I can work with that. I'm certainly not implying he doesn't have occasional value.
