Racism in Home Values

If I were a private lender, I would discriminate against people who represent a poor risk as far as their history of paying back.

One free marketish thing that is useful is the concept of credit reporting and applying that information wisely.
A lender in the business of discriminating against a black person with excellent credit in favor of a white person with marginal credit should be left alone. It won't take long for the free market to help that lender go bankrupt.

I dont agree with black lives matter. The country has been going downhill since the 60's. Its not a race thing its a we have a HUGE generation of asshats raised by bleeding heart liberals who have 1. no respect for older adults
@. no respect for one another.....2. A complete aloofness to becoming productive citizens. 3. Nowadays kids would rather sit on their asses and play First person shooters than go throw a football. 3. Maybe 1 out of every 8 folks who own a gun got proper safety training as a kid, this can lead to bad scenarios inho. 4. We as a society have shown folks that you can blindly follow a movement so you feel like your part of something.
I have seen first hand folks from other states come here and they are EXTREMELY racist, I literally watched two african american folks call a somali immigrant "hey purple", im like wtf does that mean? Jesus crist that nigger is so black they look purple" they said, i was like oh wow ok. So africans that come here are somehow less of an individual then the preexisting africans? Kinda fucked because its rampant here. So i ask you which black lives matter huh? Why not native american lives matter? You see 30 % of there folks in professional athletics/sports making millions of dollars and spending it on anything? I just think as a nation its wrong to focus entirely on one race. Secondly in this day of ANYONE can be carrying a gun, expect lots and lots more shootings. Commen sense and gun ownership are def not mutually exclusive.
Black Lies Matter movement and other shit stirrers like MoveOn.org have been known to pay bystanders to loot and disrupt.

Yes, our society has a cancer which needs treatment. Cops are ordered to stand pat and let the scumbags loot and destroy (i.e. black mayor of Baltimore) and are afraid of getting shot so they allow, enable, anarchy, lawlessness, in the streets.

I really hope Trump gets in. It's time to bust heads.

Speaking of sick both in mind and body if Hilz gets in she'll continue the same old Obama tactics and support the black thugs.

I respect your gardening skills and your work on your homestead a great deal. I think you'd probably be a decent neighbor too. So my post below is more a commentary on how the meanings of words get changed.

However, I find your use of the term anarchy in your post to be interesting. Anarchy really means the absence of a leader or at least a forcibly imposed leader. I believe the etymology of the word itself refers to "leaderless" , as in no forcibly imposed leaders etc.

Admittedly, the term has morphed from being a descriptive of peaceful coexistence and has been redefined as a descriptive for the opposite of what it was originally intended to mean. I would say it's just as legit to say "there were people in the streets all attempting to "govern" others", since a government by it's nature uses force to get other people to do its bidding and is willing to take from others without the consent of those others.

An Anarchist if we follow the original definition, on the other hand, would necessarily believe in human equality, since they eschew leaders which are forcibly imposed.

Home values are negatively impacted specifically because of racial makeup of the residents.

I find this despicable, yet pervasive.
Buyers create the market. Black people segregate themselves within the home market just the same as white people do or any other race. Less black people, less buyers, less interest in those homes thus less value. Racism is just an excuse, not the cause.

This is a blatant lie designed to make sick racist fucks like you and @Uncle Ben feel better about themselves.

Racism IS the cause of redlining and many banks have been fined (apparently not nearly enough if they keep doing it) for blatantly discriminatory practices in loans and approvals.

So lie to someone else; we're onto you, members of the basket of deplorables.

Yeah, let's just blame this pie in the sky racism bullshit again. Man how shallow can you get. Blacks not only segregate themselves in the housing market regarding location but in churches, social events, clubs, etc.

There are plenty of laws on the books regarding equal housing, equal lending.

Gawd knows the lenders learned their lesson with the Barney Frank debacle "everyone deserves a house". You don't loan to marginal high risk peeps, it doesn't work. You only loan if you have low risk peeps sitting across from that desk and can be assured your mortgagee will pay back YOUR money in full. If the man with hat in hand has a shitty credit score and can't get a loan it's his own damn fault. Needs to stop buying guns and drugs in the hood and use his money wisely.

Anarchy = lawlessness. A disregard for the law by looting, destroying property as if it's some sick party they can't live without. Those shit heads don't care about principles and laws or their own color or they'd stop shooting their own kind in record numbers. They're corrupt, twisted, lost. It's done in "good fun".

TRUMP!
