i got crushed with orders from that christmas sale, all should be out by this evening, look for tracking via paypal, not cobkits site

thanks!

I paid using my credit card since I didn't have a PayPal account. Will they still send me an email with the tracking #?

What's the catch on the cxm22? I'm planning an extension of my cxb3590s in a while, can this chip really compete? cxm22 @1050mA should fill drivers just like 36v cxb3590 @1400mA, is that correct? Does the cxm22 only come in 3000K? Cheers.

it beats the cxb across the board in efficiency

its a 50V chip so if you want to run it at 50W use 1050 where you would use 1400 with a 36V chip

the 3000k 80cris were a hit, im almost out so i just ordered 3500k and 3000k in both 80 and 90

hope to have the other colors by early feb.

I can't believe you went through the 120 heatsinks so fast. I think you are safe keeping the 105s in stock. It'seems to be that a lot of people want to get into cobs cheap and they really help.

I have 4 90cri 3500k 1212s on 105mm heatsinks driven by an hlg-120h from you and while it may not be the cheapest par per watt it is a little powerhouse for what a person pays for it.

i think i have more, i just put up 50 at a time so i dont run out. look on the site this weekend once i get caught up

its not easy to keep inventory as multiple products use them, like i cant have site keep inventory for both bare heatsink and a passive cxm combo (which uses a heatsink). so once in a while, somebody will order a chip or a heatsink or a light engine right when someone else does and i cant cover it. nobody likes that :)

Led.cdiweb.com has them and yes they are mechatronix
Dude you know who's thread this is. Have some respect. Cobkits has plenty of parts and phenomenal prices. Diverting sales to Distributers is bs.

Growinghappy I guess there was an xmas sale. He mentioned earlier there was a delay.

That was partially my fault for asking about them. My bad. I got all my gear from cobkits and will continue to do so when possible :)

cdis not bad. i dont sell those heatsinks separately, i just buy them to put assemblies together

as a small shop you cant stock everything, i try to have whats important/unique like the chips and keep everything else at the reasonably priced accessory level for people who want the one-stop shop

So like i cant wait till i get my order from November 17th!!!

with 2 1825 3500K's per each of the 3 HLG-185H-48A drivers i got, it seems i will have 200 watts out per set.

600 watts for the set of 3 drivers and 6 lights....

so if i add a light per set, it goes down to ?? 75 watts per light on a given driver?

and am i misunderstanding that a 4th light would bring the output to 50 watts each ?

glad you survived the christmas sale.

cant wait to get them cobs I am sure it will be awesome. and i am sure the plants will love em too.

a guy i know changed over to some cobs hes got four running in a 4x4 tent and the difference between his last ceramic metal halide lights and his new LED set is amazing as far as bud density, and the penetration into the lower layers in the foliage. i am sold.

yeah sorry those got pushed into the new cycle with the improved design, as i mentioned theyre mostly done, these will probably be the last 1825 engines i do after this round goes out...too time intensive. Taken off the site for now, will be back up if/when i have prebuilt inventory
