It didn't sound like he was "struggling" with his gender identity only that he hadn't transitioned yet, i.e. was still a man and using title9 to access the women's locker room.

Milo is so fab. In a stop at Seattle for his "dangerous faggot" speaking tour, a man was shot during a confrontation between anti-fascists and people in line to attend his event. Of course, Milo jumped on this as an example of how violent his detractors are when he said “If we don’t continue, they have won”. In fact, the shooter was a Milo man and Trump supporter and the man shot was an anti-fascist protester. Typical of right wing cowards, the shooter justified his action in the now classic manner by saying he got scared. Witnesses said the man who was shot was trying to de-escalate the violence -- bricks were being thrown and there was a lot of pushing and shoving. Nobody else pulled out guns except the fascist coward.

The victim is not pressing charges but wants dialogue and "restorative justice".
