I know people that got a dui in California for being under the influence of marijuana. Just depends on how fucked up you get, some people can't even string together sentences after smoking. You gotta be dumb as hell to get a dui smoking weed but idiots are everywhere.







If you're high and you get caught driving, tough shit. I can drink a shit load of beers and drive fine, That doesn't mean I'm exempt from the law. As far as telling border patrol about the drugs you use, lol.. fucken canadians, learn to lie assholes.

That's a blanket statement you have no way of saying that all patients don't get impaired. You can only speak for yourself. What about a new user? Are they not impaired?

Never pass up the opportunity to SHUT THE F UP when in the presence of a LEO.

At least in this country, you have that right. Name, address, and drivers license are all you need to give them. And all three are on your license. Just politely say you are invoking your right to stay silent. Then do it.

That isn't probable cause for a search or sobriety test. Talking could be.

But if the question can you be too impaired on pot to drive. Absof'intively. Don't do it. They have to prove impairment though. Even the mouth swabs don't establish that.
