Whaat? I dont have time to read it all again but that cannot be true. Hair tests at the border or what?
Currently if you admitt to using Cannabis medical or not at the US border, people are being refused entry. The panel was asked how it would look under legalization and if theyve been in talks about this with the US. Lots of dancing around the question by stating they want to protect kids and moved on. Completely avoiding the question

I really wonder how that works with border states like Maine, where it's legal now. Technically it's considered illegal by the federal government, but the state government has legalized it. Border patrol is run by the feds, soooo, maybe they will say "okay come on in, but dont come back out through New Hampshire" ?

Dude Im trying to understand but you jabber on randomly without explaining.
You say 'they left out patients' well of course cuz this has nothing to do with med use.
So wtf are you guys whining about really here?
What they institute for Rec effects us all since there will be 100x more rec users then med.
Great crappy weed is legal to buy for 12a gram but u basically might as well give up your car keys if u look like a stoner.
Mandatory roadside swabs seem to me like they would have been a great idea 10yrs ago for drunk drivers but all of a sudden it's the pothead Andrettis they are worried about.
Wouldn't a random swab of every citizen contribute greatly to a government database of everyone's DNA?
I'll be shocked if this bill passes as written

No they didn't, read the bill. ACMPR still applies. No changes for med patients.
If you sell to a minor there are big penelties, or drive impaired. that's it

Read the bill before you spout off!

What were you expecting? A free for all?
High people are impaired, cannabis affects different people in different ways, I know plenty of people who shouldnt drive high. Some people have greater tolerance to cannabis agreed, but most shouldn't be operating equipment high. It's just common sense.

Your a fool, just because you and I have a tolerance to cannabis, doesn't mean a 1st time user isn't impaired. What do you do about non seasoned users?

Ok sir
But what about the 3/4 of the population that doesn't even use mj?
You think they realize they too could be commanded to take a swab test.
Lots of rich higher ups aren't going to appreciate the idea of being swabbed by chance on the way home from the country club after a bottle or two of wine.
I think if a person is noticeably impaired by all means they should be stopped and dealt with but outside of that or a regular driving infraction people will do the right thing.
Forcing morality usually has the opposite effect.

Happens every day now, if your suspected of impairment the authorities can demand a breath sample or road side impairment test. It's already a law.

This is a swab sample dude.
Totally different
And they can't just give u a breathalyzer unless they have reason. Now they don't need reason just suspicion cus they're saving kids.
I suppose we will find out if this passes and or is challenged the first time it goes to court.
