Just to point out to the observer trying to catch up with what is now going on in this thread, They are debating whether or not some people vote against their own interests.

It stems from the common Berntard belief that black people are incapable of knowing what is in their interests. It has now spiraled into an unrelated segue since we all know there are plenty of reasons some people do vote against their own interests. However, it is not subject to racial generalizations as the berniebros suggest. Even the author of the comment to which the berniebabies are incessantly alluding has explained that there are reasons, such as propaganda and familial ties which might motivate someone to vote against their objective interests but that such people believe they are voting in accordance with their own best interests.

The bernard supporting clowns would have us believe that black people rejected Bernard because they have a herd mentality and are bigoted against gays and Jews.

No, I did not misconstrue or take it out of context, that is what they are arguing.

there is a lot to know ahead of time.
I just detailed everything you need to know in order to answer my question.

In any other context, you wouldn't hesitate to agree with me that lowering taxes on the rich is bad for the poor because the poor and middle class will have to foot the burden

You can't agree with me in this context because it contradicts your previously stated position; that everyone votes in their best interest

It's obvious poor people who vote for people like Trump are not voting for their best interest, and it's not racist/sexist, or privileged to state as much. They're voting for their self-interest..

During the course of this thread, you've attempted to conflate 'best interest' with 'self interest', credit to st0w for highlighting that. We've been asking you about best interest, not self interest, and you know that.

Bingo!

But Mr histrionics can't admit that.

Did I not explain that the inference of "in their best interest" at the time of the vote presumes knowing the result beforehand? I distinguished the difference between the two and explained why.

I guess you don't read posts either.

If you were to ask me the same question in the US economy today , I'd have enough to go on but you kept demanding I answer a hypothetical and I needed more before I could do that.

I know what you asked and it wasn't what tty answered. WTF do you expect people to read your mind? I failed that course.
I'm the one that asked it! How are you going to try to tell me you know what I asked better than me?

He answered what you were obviously to much of a gaping pussy to answer. He and I already know your answer because you've answered the same thing in the face of conservative retards all across this board dozens of times before and we've bare witness to it.

To ignore you go, coward.

I guess you were happy with tty's answer even though he explained income inequality when taxes are cut for corporations and you asked what across the board tax cuts would have on the poor. All of this in a vacuum of other information.

I'm glad you two are happy together. Would you like me to send the happy couple a roll of duct tape as a present to you both?

Yet more histrionics in lieu of cogent discussion.

At this point I think he's right about you. You can't think your way out of a paper bag.

We're going to have to raise taxes significantly on everyone middle class and above to realistically pay for progressive policies...

These "Great Justice Progressives" are now asking us to prove Trump's tax plan won't work...

Could they be any more transparent?
