Strange new growth

Hi this plant is 7 1/2 weeks old.
12/12 light time
Generic brand soil
Been feeding it bloom ferts from fox farm at recomended dose and one teaspoon epsom salt every 4 days
Not compleatly sure of current ph my meter broke on week 5 and im on a very tight budget so havent ordered another.
Ph before was 6.5 normally
This started about a week ago but once the leaves grow bigger they get back to normal.

My relatively inexperienced knowledge says that's a severe nutrient toxicity....
My first attempt at growing in straight Coco ended up looking just like that....

What type of water your using ? Distilled or RO. Just seems like you are using a lot of epson salts. During my grow i used distilled water with just a pinch of epson salts every time i watered. Plants did really well. Seems like your issue may be nute lock like the others have said. Dial your nutes way back or just give straight water. See if that helps.

how often are you watering?every four days..? you have a lot of purple in your stems.. I would suggest buying a ph test kit.. the strips are cheap and g.h. brand has a liquid test kit that comes with ph.up & p.h. down for like 15$

looks like the claw.. the claw is caused from a few things.. transperation ( probably spelled wrong) is how leaves exspell ecsess water through their leaves .. if they have issuses transpiring they'll curl up some times... what's your humidity in your grow space? how well is I ventilated ? how hot is the room in temp.? do you spray your plants with water or nutes?
when looking for an answer you need to include everything about your grow and your routine ..

Dont have a exact humidity but i heat with electric so the air is really dry temps are 73-78 i do not spray with anything. Room has fan circulating air and no true ventilation
About 10 minutes ago i flushed with 2 gallons of plain distilled water

hmmm!? . well shit.. hopefully the flush will streighten out your problem .. I've gotten something similar when I was using promix , I assumed it was because of the water retention in the substrate ... once I let it dry out the plants straightened out and grew normal leaves again ... I would give that a try as well.. let them dry up until you see them wilt.. then give them a drink.. time it so the next time you water/feed it's a day before the plant wilts.. give this a try and see what happens.

go onto Ebay and get one of these to monitor your temp/ humidity . I have found keeping the right temp/ humidity very important. Also, if you know you have temp/ humidity right you should be better able to diagnose your issue to overwatering/ PH issue/ nute issue.
