What the heck is going on with pot prices?

I like raised bets too, the roots can go deeper but require a lot more work,
Some things are not very practical for several thousand outdoor plants
It comes down to whether or not you want to do a shit load of site prep or have to do a shit load of work spread out over the whole season.

I can do the same thing they do with a quarter as many plants and near twice the quality with the right light dep complex set up and not do as much work for it.

At the very least if those were individual holes they'd be watering half as much and they could've spent the money they spent on the pots on more soil and had room for an even bigger root system. I have to plant late in my greenhouses in Eugene to keep them from getting too big and still get 7 pounds from the high yielders. If I had room I'd easily break the 10 per ceiling and I'm hundreds of miles north of the triangle.

I know you didn't brother .
I do not think I ever mentioned closet anything or two bows anything .
And yea if a plant doesn't preform it dies fast . No point in growing something that does not produce unless it draws customers who are good buyers to you. The only reason I see for growing a puny producer . Unless it is your personal stash.
I did mention of you or anyone only gets two pounds per thousand watt bulb you are at best a upper end average grower .
A really good grower is going to get four or more per bulb .
Way more if it's a gavita .[/QU

4 or more under a Gavita? How? How many plants under that light? I work on a project with a guy. 1000 W SE HPS with vented Hydrofarm 8" vented hoods (nothing special)

Nice pics. Is that concentrate/shatter? I am looking at doing a Rec (1800 plant) license and a MIPs (concentrate) license in CO in the very near future. The price compression/lower prices are making me question if I want to make the investment.

I want to make the golden terp juice shatter that looks like clear golden rock candy but I am trying to see if there is any process that can avoid building a flame hood/fire suppression set up.

Over here a pound wholesale is equal to 3450 of your US dollars and that's cheap. Kids are buying it at 0.8g or worse for £10
Some folk in that there London are paying 500 English for a oz of GG4 (so I hear)
I know people who pay £200-240 a oz for weed that's not even dry and chopped early!
Wish I had a submarine.

I saw Thomas back in the day when this album came out. Excellent show.

It's always a work in progress, give me a little time to get this guy squared away, Rome wasn't built in a day and this is only one of many sites and we do have some raised bed installed, this of course is still production, good production and money,
This man like myself never turns down two things in life, money or pussy

It's all shatter racks and rack and racks of it being processed , then clean up of containers just paid 200000 in tax for next year's run , cost per unit 2500 lb

I have installed gobs of hoods and fire suppression systems ,it's not to hard to do.

If you keep it mostly organic then you do a soil test every so often, which you can do yourself, then scratch in and top dress what you need. Simple and easy.
This grow has a bob cat , makes changing dirt easy. We are running a salt base nutes system that about everyone of the commercial guys have went to, so new soil every time

Good job , great production.
We get between 4 and 8 depending on the strain outside in 100 gallon fabric pots

Legal bho or is that something else in the ovens? What state? Why not grow in bigger pots? Most big boys start at 400 gal pots.
You get taxed by canopy size , doesn't matter how many plants, each county is different , each county has its own rules though , soon to be a 150 dollar per lb tax by the state of California.
There are a lot of big boys here all of them do things different . Some grow raised beds, some fabric containers , MOST I have seen grow in 100 gallon fabric pots, a general rule of thumb for production is 4 lbs per 100 gallons of dirt.
400 gallon pots can produce around 16 lbs each.
BUT you have to have a extended veg time that many , most growers do not have the time nor space to have that many plants to veg for that long a period.
So MOST of the big boys do not grow in 400 gallon containers
Of course we are talking about outdoor growers indoor and light dep are different.
