This is what baffles me...physical specs of a fixture's performance are set in stone, so to speak. But a growers preference can be VERY subjective. Try to separate the two

Just to start finushing up here, after nursing my hurtin butt...

...some are better, some are worse, but here is what kinds did for me.

Saturday harvest, 1 of 2 cindys, vegged and 8 of 10 weeks flowering under kinds:




243g, snap dry...and this was the smaller plant

No one ever mentions how many real watts they are using with these kind lights saying I got 200g with a kind is a completely useless statement you could be using 500w for all I know.

I have no connection whatsoever to kind, cept i own 3, and as i explained, they did the job, and there are better and worse lights.

Cobkits presumed i needed help, and i politely said i didn’t. I also suggested that someone trying to sell something on a competitor trashing thread might want to consider the effect it might have on a prospect, and he re-rengaged on a topic that i had already said i was uninterested in.

Looks like shit 10weeks veg? That's a whole grow done for me but I guess your standards are pretty low. You should stop messing with the spectrum it clearly isn't useful

So, total for 2 plants vegged and flowered (8 of 10 wks) in a 2x3x6 cab, under a kind 1000 (630w actual draw): 505g

Some lights are better, some are worse...

Lol none of us sell hlg or anything at least I don’t. All I’m saying is I own several of the xl1000’s and they aren’t good especially for the price tag. Either build your which I’ve done many times over or buy from a retailer that uses quality parts. I run a good bit of led Watts and currently starting a cmh grow to try them out.
