Thanks everyone, Ill post pictures in a few days from now. If it is a male, then im done for the year, as its too late in the year to even attempt another one outside.

I would definitely give it some more time, I had one that looked like that and it turned out female. But I was afraid it was male and started plucking off the little parts then it grew up missing parts... some stems have only one on each side but it was all female :) :peace: :weed:

Plant is 8 weeks from Seed? Ok, is it auto or a photo? If it is a photo you won't know until the light schedule changes to instigate flowering. There is ZERO way to tell until this happens. Seeing ANY well known member spit advice before asking important questions about the grow are wasting your time.

Thanks everyone for the advice, and input. I am starting to see brown hairs on the very lower branches now, the main stem i took pics of is showing signs of hairs coming out. hard to say at this very moment. ill post some pics tomorrow as it raining outside right now.

auto or photo? I have not one clue, a buddy of mine had seeds from some highgrade buds he saved and gave them to me.

I’m thinking those might be male guys, looks like the first two pics are showing multiple sacs/ possible preflower Coming out of stem but I think they may be male.

Then I would assume feminized or regular seed which means you have to switch to a 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of darkness without interruptions to the dark phase.

Um... preflowers is how we tell before light cycle changes... Once plant is mature enough, they will sprout preflowers and you can sex then.

To the OP.. What exactly were you calling a pistil? Im curious if you're mistaken the stipules for pistils which they are not, males and females both have them.

If you can try to send some pictures way closer... like this close... and click the screen/focus if possible...

Im leaning toward male but I couldnt see the pics that well. I would still wait it out to be sure, you have plenty of time if they are male to stay on top of it and cull it when you're sure.

Best of luck my friend.
