I think you need to brush up on what libertarians are all about.
I was pointing out the oxymoronic term, as understood by the right. In Canada we have/had a similar phenomena with a party called the "Progressive Conservatives" and oxymoron if there ever was one!

Liberal means free, it doesn't mean socialism, but liberalism is associated with and drives social justice, and that is their problem with it.

So long as you understand that it does not read as irony. Libertarians have zip-a-rino to do with the items in your post, and it looked like your comment was at face value.

It looks to me like Ole Joe had the magats heads rolling down the floor of congress before they realized he chopped their heads off. Looks like he helped Mitch to dispose of some magats in the Senate too, in the wake of Joe's speech 3 republican senators lost their seats on committees, Lee, Hawley and Scott, so far.

Not a bad magat body count for a speech! Give'm Hell Joe.

Well libertarians want to be free alright, and not be a part of the community, it is a cult of the individual and a fuzzyheaded notion, more than a political or economic ideology. It is used as an excuse by bigots and racists for the most part, to rationalize not forming a caring sharing community with the "other". It is not a real economic ideology and no country ever has or ever will use it or pure capitalism, countries need armies and they require governments and countries need a common sense of cultural identity and community of mutual support.

Libertarianism and “the Libertarian Party”(tm) were eaten by the social darwinists (wealth/influence as fitness-to-survive indicators, all others expendable) back in the early 80s…and yep, the Koch Bros again. Remember that *David* ran for President in ‘84 on the LP ticket…and everything in his platform then was part of the GOP national platform all through the Bush & Obama years. Right up until the core of the party was captured by the overthrow (Paul Ryan era) and everyone fell in line with whatever Baby Huey wants.

By that point I was already on my way out of the party. I’d read a ton of Rothbard, Spooner, & others…& came to the conclusion that it was a mirage as an achievable political future. Even leaving out the sovereign admiralty-law insanity, no thought was ever given to the inevitable crash & burn that would be the result of trying to forcibly replace our egalitarian common-law roots with a winner-takes-everything system based on feudal economics & politics

And like I said, the entire lean of the LP made it RIPE for takeover by the ‘divine right of wealth-holders’ crew & I didn’t want to be there when they caught on.

My takeaway from Spooner is that he wanted to reduce society to a mid-18th-century technical level, with coopers, farriers etc. as major professions. His voluntaryist vision cannot be scaled to more technical societies, which makes a society that operates thus indefensible against, say, an army that uses steam or even cartridge ammunition.

The appeal of the basic visions are attractive, but that was status quo for a world that no longer exists. In that world, there was plenty of distance between people, but population densities have gone up geometrically, like housing prices; our idylls of frontier family woodsmen and side-yard inventors can’t stand up to the increasing pressure of more people packed into spaces that feel smaller every day. Even here, our urban densities are nothing like Tokyo, Beijing, Mexico City, Rio: I’ll bet we could learn useful stuff about living closer together from those nations that have densities much greater than ours & cultural ways of doing so with less friction than we seem to generate.

Makes me think about immigrantphobia: rising population densities mean that exposure to a higher incidence of ‘different-looking’ people is inevitable, even in small communities; even if the ratio of groups remains constant, thehigher incidence can create the false impression that there are in fact MORE OF THEM - the whole “we’re being invaded” trope - when in fact there’s just more of *everybody*.

AmeriKKKans is spoilt. They are made apathetic to all other world ways of life and suffer affluenza brought on by a long history of abundance in resources, space and wealth. As we populate, we'll learn to practice socialism, or social democracy, just like in most other modern countries.

I believe libertarian comes from liberty rather than liberal. Progressive Conservative sounds like the epitome of goal post movers.

Don't the people in The Villages know what Slenderman Scott is up to? A 5-year sunset or yearly negotiations on SS? Same with the rest of the Freedom Caucus ie their freedom from paying taxes. 7.65% is mandatory on the payroll side.

Dude asked if we was watching the same event. I saw an Oscar deserving performance by Biden who’s only flaw was when he became emotional and preceded to slur his words in typical Biden fashion.
I saw a theatrical production perfectly designed to pull the eyes into the exact focal points.
I saw cast members playing perfect little roles as supporting actors in the Biden show.
The entire performance was YouTube-ish in a way that Biden, the influencer is trying to convince you into buying into the reality of all is well.
Did I lose you again? Hopefully not because it is limiting when trying to communicate with “people” who thought process is operating at less than 16 frames a second.
However, I did notice that several comments that followed my post showed sings that I reawaken the thought process of few.
In hindsight, maybe I should have let my 18 month old communicate the opinion to those who thought process is no further alone. voice his opinion rudimentary thought.
The human being with all of his cunning and ingenuity, as well as his advanced ability to use tools, still has one majors flaw. It lacks the ability to perceive none tangibles. Mean that most humans rely solely on his eyes while the rest of his brain goes to waste. Unfortunately there are people who exploit the fact that humans can only use 10% of their brains.
The 2023 state of the union capitalized on the fact that most humans are not only incapable of advanced thought, but also the fact that they rely heavily on their eyes.
Just like Biden, if I wanted votes, I too would have put on a show that targeted the rudimentary thought process because they make up most of the voters in this country.
The tech used was a simple form of subliminal persuasion that 90% of humans fall for. It’s the sAme tech used in every aspect of our daily lives. It’s not only used by influencers, media, the news, advertisements, it’s everywhere. Why because it works. Humans have grown so accustomed to communicate in this manner, that it goes unnoticed by the masses.
Like I said, it is a basic flaw in the human design that propels him to do as the one before him does. Monkey see monkey do. Get that same money high and drunk… then inflict his dumb ass with a mind manipulating disease… Covid, subliminal messaging then become as easy as saying the sky is falling. Weather balloons…..
People you are being tried on every level because of the fact that most humans aren’t able to think for themselves. You should be thankful for people like me, who are there to remind you what it was like to think for yourself.
You wound think that marijuana smokers could see through juvenile antics such as these, but I guess that would depend on what you are smoking. Anyway people, we are now being referred to as the “Awake generation”. However is still obvious that most of you are still asleep.

In hindsight, maybe I should have let my 18 month old communicate in rudimentary fashion, so that those who display hindered or non existent thinking capabilities can follow the communication of the post.
Yet, im here digressing as I try to communicate simple thought with ehat I consider to be intelligent beings.
Once again I digressed as i misinterpret the cunning animal that was blesses with ingenuity and the advanced ability to use tools.
It’s exhausting trying to communicate with being that clearly displays the major flaw of nkt being able to think for itself. A being that rely heavily on tangibles as it’s only means of communication.
Meaning that most humans rely solely on his eyes and what it can grasp in its hands, while the rest of his brain capabilities go to waste. Unfortunately, there are people who exploit and who are ready to take full advantage of the the fact that humans can only use 10% of their brains capabilities.
The 2023 state of the union was a blatant display of this type of human exploitation which capitalized on the fact that most humans are not only incapable of advanced thought, but also the fact that they rely heavily on their eyes.
Just like Biden, if I wanted votes, I too would have put on a show that targeted the rudimentary thought process because they make up most of the voters in this country.
The tech used was a simple form of subliminal persuasion that 90% of humans fall for every time.
The technique of exploitation instinctual reaction of the human being is used in every aspect of our daily lives. It’s not only by influencers, media, the news, advertisements, but also in politics.
This is not the first time that a politician has done this to win office. We see it so often that it has become a norm in everyday human life.
Weather balloons….. like I said in my first post, it is a sickening act of desperation that clearly shows how low these type of people will go to control your not only you backs and wallets, bu t also to control your life which in term means that they control the life of your kids.
People you are being tried on every level because of the fact that most humans aren’t able to think for themselves. You should be thankful for people like me, who are there to remind you to think for yourself.
You would think that marijuana smokers could see through juvenile antics such as these, but I guess that would depend on what you are smoking. Or maybe it’s also why cannabis is still illegal on a federal level.
Anyway people, we are now being referred to as the “Awake generation”. However is still obvious that most of you are still asleep.
The funny part is you thinking *you* woke up…but it’s the same jumbled fake-conservative cover story we’ve been hearing versions of since the 50s
