I once spent 3 days in a hotel room. Just ate, slept, bathed.

It was GLORIOUS. Reset is EXACTLY it; last chance I had for one, it took A MONTH before I was able to get myself rerigged, but OMG worth it (…*not* the month in Mexico)
Whoa! I think we're on to something..I wanted to have a deprivation tank but I kind of made my own which I call The Womb™.

I gave you a like but it can't be current because the person seated on the right is a white old man hook nose, big chin. +Biden hair is not long in the back unless the cartoonist meant that he's acting younger than his VP who's acting like an old white man?

The president also looks like Dana Carvey from behind.

When was this from?
It's a caricature, not a portrait and MTG doesn't look right either, war paint and horns aside.

She should have been wearing one of those Russian fur hats with horns attached, like the qanon shaman, make it the new standard head dress for magats. They can be like the loyal order of water buffalos.
HEY...NO...DO NOT equate fucking magats with the loyal order of water buffaloes.
Modern society either shits on or appropriates my cultural icons, from my youth, almost daily. Let the lame ass unoriginal assholes come up with an idea of their own, for once, instead of MISappropriating the ideas of everyone who went before them.
They've ripped off the Addams family, the fucking Archies, one flew over the cuckoo's nest, they haven't had a decent movie that wasn't a remake or reboot in over a decade....get a fucking original thought of your own, for fuck's sake...quit stealing ours, while still living at home after you turn 18...or 28...or 38...

We already know who they are- most vocal treasonous. I'm so happy the camera got them booing at the mere thought of cutting one penny from the very pretty head of Social Security; then standing in unity.

You poor guy; which base do you live by?
I’m between a couple in southern CA.

Don’t get me wrong: I really like the aircraft sounds. Once in a while a fighter comes straight in at lowish altitude, and the high-pitched scream it makes in approach would be at home coming from a dragon bellowing challenge. Makes my hair stand on end.

There’s a small municipal airport nearby, and someone owns and operates one of these early-50s French trainers. It is a beautiful ship, and its pair of low-power turbojets make a soft whoosh sound. Sometimes the owner executes a slow aileron roll out of apparently pure joie de vivre.

Multiengines make a sound all their own. On a good day it will be one of these.

TV raised me and I became a successful person because I had positive role models like Shirley Partridge, Carol and Mike Brady.

I disagree that TV is the boob tube..TV has PBS on the basic 13 channel lineup pre-cable. I also read many books.

Weren't they part of the Flintstones? Fred and Barny were members...
They lost me with The Great Gazoo..I guess they were losing viewers..Hanna-Barbara was a big franchise though; I guess there's only so much you can do for a cartoon based in BCE.

Obvi they switched the lyrics..I don't recall the 'devil' and 'evil' in this song..changing history again. Every link has the same words; these GOP cult members are fucking sick.

Can you believe it? A 60s cartoon revisionist history- that must really bug the beaters that they felt the need.

We have many trains through here; some hate, it's comforting to me as it reminds of my dad's hometown and days as a child at my grandparents.

First year in California we lived a hundred yards from a train line. Neither of us minded. When a freighter came through, the apartment trembled a bit.

One day the apartment trembled but I heard no train. Time to turn on the tv, and sure enough, local quake.

a decade later we moved to the foothills and got a property immediately adjacent to a rail line that hosted a tourist steam train. We lived less than a mile from Petticoat Junction and the set from two dozen movies. We liked to wave at the valley bennies.
