i have a plant which is about 4 inches tall with small leaves (started from seed) in potting soil. It's about 4 weeks old.

is it standard to add nutrients while watering??

shouldn't this plant be much bigger than this?

i use four foot fluorescents for lighting (18/24)

I also use plain tap water every other day to water it. no nutrients, nothing.

sorry, don't have pix.

thanx in advance.

I have to leave my water out in a bucket for a day before i water so the chlorine from the city water will gas off. It will do this indoors, but it is faster out in the sun

could just buy a water filter that fits on your faucet that cleans the chlorine out right as you go and cost about 30 bucks and makes water taste better.
