umm british ppl take it to the extreme id say pull a davew letterman an press charges on them for attempted larsony. as long as no one makes some huge deal out of it a quick stop of the cops by the so called nosy neighbors house would put a cease to that. that is if you truly are within your legal limitations. just syaing i wouldnt kill them but i would make them feel as bad or worse than how they attempted to make you feel.

Killing the guy at this point is pretty fucking dumb. I would want to kill his ass and you should too, but every damn thing in the world points to you. But if this guy tries to go for round 2, you better rough the fuck out of this guy. Im serious. Don't see who he is. Rough him up on the spot or follow him home for a more private beat down. And if you want to really do some crazy shit to him put some bug killer or rat killer on the weed and give it to him, but still follow his ass home and beat his ass later. Whats going to happen when that 8 oz doesn't pay his bill. You are now his fucking free high and CASH BOX. And believe me he will want cash before he's through with you. He WILL NOT stop until you push a little force on him. He probably thinks you are a push over or something. You gotta show this guy that you aren't a smalltime punk. Get an alibi and beat his ass or have someone else do it. And if the poison really fucks him up the court has to prove it came from you and that you intended to do it. don't go to where he wants to go. Leave a note where he said to go and tell him to go to a new public place. Tell him your scared if you have too. That way if he had a camera posted up it wouldn't see you dropping the shit off. Then when he gets to that place give him the fucked up weed and fuck him up at his house. Don't give in to these people no matter what your situation is. If someone came to your house and said that they wanted to rape your wife and take your money are you going to say shes upstairs in the second room on the right with the money in her purse. I fucking hope not. Then you shouldn't let someone rape your investment. You spent to much time and energy into this. I am not saying that you should kill everything that moves because trust me you will go to jail. And if you know with 1 hundred percent certainty that you will never see this guy again (ex. moving) then maybe its not worth the hassle to fight. But if people keep doing this you are going to have to do something whether it be using the law or your fists. They will keep coming as long as people see you doing it. And you don't want to keep moving do you. If you decide to give him the weed at least fuck that weed up. I mean do unnatural shit to it. That way you know the guy is smoking sweaty ass and nuts and rat poison. Oh yeah, next time you get blackmailed burn the note don't say shit and use the appropriate forceful response. You should have an idea by now what you will do in the future, but as long as you go around asking advice on what to do then you will leave an easy trail right back to you.

Just do whatever it takes to find out his indentity and where the person lives. Then leave a note on their door and say "Now I know where you live. I understand you are a good neighbor and thus far I've been a good neighbor also. In the interest of keeping our relationship amicable and both of us free from injury or death how about we agree to stay at least 200ft from each others properties from here on?".

Right ya know. But if it's true, Why on earth would you be affarid to go to the cops if your legal? What can they do if your legal? I hate cops too, but I sure wouldn't be worried to go to them if something like this went down. Don't be an idiot trying to catch the guy. Really what are you going to do if you do catch him? Let me guess kill him or beat his ass. Yeah thats smart. You'll be in just as much if not worse trouble by pulling a stunt like that. Thats the worst advice given. You don't know what he's capable of either. Contact the police and an attorney. Be smart about this. This might not go away and you don't need to be worrying about this forever.

whether you are legal or not, who cares, if you are like me, you are not going to let some jerk wad take anything from me. i suggest if you have four other people in with you on this grow. Inform them, take a bag like your neighbor askes, but don't put the stuff in it, put grass clippings in it or something. drop off the bag where he said, and leave. have your buddys staking it out, so when the dude comes by and picks it up you'll have him nailed. have your buddys do a snatch and go on him. i wouldn't kill him though, that is a little extreme. maybe give him a permanent limp.?? understand???

Make yourself a "caregiver" for all your friends using the guidelines set by the state of CA. Then you will be legal and within hte limits for everyone you are growing for. CA dictates that you are allowed to grow as a caregiver the same number of plants for each person as you are allowed for your individual limit. For example if you are allowed 6 plants, thne you can 30, portect yourself NOW. You make yourself a legal caregiver then turn around and turn dude in for illegal black mail, you end up legal and whole, dude ends up facing charges for black mail.

give the guy the 8 oz wet not trimmed thats like an oz of dry bud who the fuck cares, next year get him to grow once he has a taste of that extra cash make him work for you, then you can tax his ass for your experience and strain. The when you move out youll know he has a grow op so if you ever get busted trade his ass in to the cops, tell him his the boss. When u visit him in jail, tell himif he ever tries to fuck you again you wont be so linient and jail will seem like a day in the park. PS dont drop the soap bitch.

Sounds to me this guy is a card holder. He ask you to leave under 8 oz specifically and thats happen to be the legal amount you can have on you at all times. So he would be off the hook even if he get pull over or anything. But you do have a letter to show extortion intent. And i don't think this person would be smart enough to come pick up the weed himself. Could be your neighbor and team with his friends if he doesn't have a card. I would definitely try to trap who this person is. get a couple of you buddy and set up a perimeter watch and suspicious vehicle around so that when you confront you are safe and you get the upper hand. Be prepare to squeeze a hammer. I am very upset when people who expect free lunch and if he is a card holder he can very well grow it himself. good luck my man
