You claim you talked to an attorney on a Sunday about MMJ. So you have a MMJ attorney that you can get a hold of on a weekend. You aslo said or implied he was used by you or you have asked him questions before. Then why would you get all upset at some just suggesting that this situation is very serious and should be delt with like an adult would deal with a sutiation. I don't see where there is much more to say on this. I don't think you lost that much over what happened. Remember, the bad guy doesn't know what you got. He doesn't know if you got pictures or a license number. He doesn't even know if it was you or the cops there. I think he may be more scared than you are now so it may be solved.

I have a suggestion for you. I would make some signs and post them only where someone trespassing could see them. Have them say this is a legal medicinal marijuana grow licensed by the state and under electronic surveillance. Add that any trespass or theft will be prosecuted fully as a crime against necessary medical resources. (bs I know but effective I think). I'd end it with: The Law Is On MY Side!

yep can call an attorney on Sunday... or any day of the week at any time.... there are a few to choose from.... I sure do like to check to make sure I am right before I post info or advice..... checking with professionals, and in this case re reading the laws themselves..... here I am responding, what are you going to do about it? I don't take insults to my mother lightly, I pray we meet soon so I can explain that a bit better.

SOME COPS SAVE LIVES..... go figure...... they have a specific job to do..... firefighters too...

I had a guy that I know who belongs to a legit collective come out to my house and he says everything is cool as far as us being within the law. He has dealt with law enforcement many times. I just really would feel better if I knew who this blackmailer is cause I just don't know what other shit they will try to pull. Get what I'm saying? We will be keeping our eyes out for the vehicle.

As far as people saying we brought this on ourselves for growing outside, I do understand the point you are making. However, I know many people who do this and they have NEVER had anything like this happen to them. I don't exactly have my garden out in the open, I live in a rural area which means somebody is trespassing on my property.

Sorry I didn't come back to report sooner, but I'm tired and disgusted with the whole thing. I will be at work tonight.

Still fucking around with this idiot I see. It's a good idea using camera's and all but you need help from the police. If you piss this kid off he could easily tell the police you have sold him buds. Use your head dude. Read around this forum and the news papers, people get busted all the time by tips from assholes like the one you're dealing with. I know you and your friends are legal but the cops will be up your asses if some idiot tells them you sold them weed. Regardless of it's true or not.

One thing for certain, two things for sure (you know the saying) You CANNOT give in to those demands because the cycle will never stop once he sees that he can try you like a chump (not saying that you are). I've never been a violent person, but extortion doesn't sit well with me....neither does a plethora of shady shit that everyday people do. You can set them up for disaster simply off the strength that there is a drop off point so SOMEBODY has to pick it up. You can let your imagination run wild as to how to do it, it's all up to you. That or you can just call cops since you got papers. Either way I see it, they're pretty much fucked if they try to go through with this. Just depends on how tolerant you are to this kind of stuff I guess. In any event.....BE SAFE!
