Over fertilized OR Over watered?

Friends plant symptoms from other articles seem to be a Nitrogen deficiency but also seem like it could be from over-watering....but when talking it over with a friend I'm pretty sure he over fertilized his month old vegetative plants with too much Fox Farm Big Bloom.

Should the soil be flushed or would that hurt the plant even more?

If it's overwatered u gotta let the soil dry. If overfert then it needs to be flushed.

flushing definetly wont hurt anything, especially if you think you over-nuted. i always go by the rule, "better to be safe than sorry."
