good morning nerds! im having a great one myself. of my five plushberry's i threw into flower four days ago, only one male had to be culled! now hopefully my remaining five seeds aren't male. lol

Hey Sub,
First off thanks for replying to my last question on the show about Dairy Queen etc.
Question 1: Why do you only top feed when you are growing something indica dominant like a Cheese strain, instead of just cutting down your super soil to half or quarter strength and putting it in the bottom of the pot like normal? The only advantage you would gain by top feeding is a little more dose control, because you could slowly add more to to your top feed.
Question 2: I burnt my spacebomb by not giving enough padding between the Super Soil and the regular soil, because I angled the plant in the pot to stand it back upright (it had started leaning) and am wondering if you have found anything that revives them from this? Maybe a little Liquid Bone Meal is what I am thinking?

Thanks again!

don't know about #1, but the last thing you want to add to a burnt plant is more heat......pure water, and time will fix her faster than anything else......another option is to re-pot into appropriate mix....good luck!

In reference to Question 1...

I am certain that Sub recommends dosing the supersoil to the strain you are growing, less for indica dom strains (hell, BCS herms when given too much SS) and more for sativa dom ones like A13 and space queen etc. The top dressing is only necessary if you undershoot the amount of SS in the bottom of the containers. Which one should only find out near the end of flowering...

Weed nerd moment.....how epic would it be if someone all dressed up in TGA gear got on The Price Is Right.....Sub should blanket the audience with shirts before a show sometime....advertisement on a whole new level lol

in the case of bcs, she doesnt like being fed all that food at once, she likes it easy in veg but needs a lil extra in flower so he top dresses them to give em that kick when they need it, same with a lot of diff strains they will be fine with a lower amount of nutes and then their hunger will kick in feircly

Hey nerds! I'm sure you guys can answer this question has anyone had success with making the ss with a Fox farms base instead of roots? Im really wanting to run super soil but the roots soil problems scares me. and I've always ran ffof/happy frog and have loved it. so was wandering what your guy's experience has shown. thanks nerds. love the show sub

Sup Weed Nerds. I run a 8 bucket RDWC with a single 10 gallon res. I currently have 4 TGA strains on me: Plushberry,Qrazy Train,Ace Of Spades,Qush. I usually grow 2 strains at a time, and this is going to be my first TGA Sub grow. My question is what 2 strains would grow well together? Most of you probably use soil so if anyone has experience in hydro with Sub's strains your feedback would be very helpful. Thanks for your input!

I don't like happy frog. IMO both happy frog and ocean forest you have to add extra perlite - i have an apollo cut i'm regretting putting in happy frog.

I used Roots for awhile. I swear every few bags of soil, it was like different shit. I switched back to ocean forest and mixed up super soil with it. I have seen some suggestions to substitute a few of the bags with light warrior, but I didn't do that. I will in the future. (unless I switch to sub's soil) Roots can kiss my ass though.

hey bro, i am a soil guy, but based on plant structure and height, i would go plush and ace, or qt and qush............plush and ace are black cherry soda hybrids, and qt and qush tend to be about the same structure/height.
