They look hungry now. If you've flushed then now would be the time to feed them again. There still looks like there is an issue with overwatering and/or pH though....So its hard to tell if they're hungry looking because nutes are available but being locked out. I wouldn't throw them away, but you could try being a bit more experimental.
You could try starving one of water a day or two more than you would normally, and feed the other one heavily with your normal watering routine. Then see which does better...

I was out of town last weekend and when I got back they were seriously due for a watering.. I gave them some dechlorinated tap water with 1/3 nutes and it doesn't seem to have improved much so far.

I'm beginning to think that undernutrition is the main issue at this time. Some NPK such as fish emulsion should make a positive difference. ~crosses fingers~ cn

They are generally pale looking, although that does vary by strain. N deficiency leads to slow steady loss of colour. Over fert tends to give you much more patchy colour changes.

Compare the colour of yours to the kushes in my grow. The difference in colour is huge (although part of that is because kush tends to be very dark green).

The lightness of the crowns and the whiteness of the lower leaves looks a lot like serious N deficiency. The necrotic blotches suggest K deficiency. I see no signs of too much P, but that element's deficiency/toxicity signs can be subtle.
Also, the failure of the flush makes me look more toward "what's missing?" where before I was thinking "what's here that should not be?"

What kinds of rapid-release fertilizers or plant foods can you get? cn

Unfortunately there aren't any good stores for that kind of specific thing around here. I wouldn't mind ordering some stuff online but if I can go pick it up that would be much faster.

In case you want to try some organic options....
Blood meal tea is your best quick fix for N deficiency. Blood meal should be easy to get where you live. If you get fish meal with it then that should help with other nutes, though I'm not sure how quick thaat works. If you can get good compost then compost tea would be a good quick acting fix. Kelp extract might help too, in case you're short of micro nutrients also.

Home Depot might have some good stuff. I don't have one close, and I also suspect that their regional inventories differ. But I would look for something with a 3:1:2 ratio of NPK (that's proportions, so a 20-8-15 would be close) or perhaps blood meal or fish emulsion, as Coco suggests. There are also N-rich guanos, but I'm uneasy about strip-mining a bat's home.

As for mail-order, my instinct would be to get a complete hydro formula like General Hydroponics Flora 3-part. When my soil pooped out, I fed my plans hydro-style, and they liked it. Between the hardenss in your water and the lime in your soil, the "hard water" formula might be better. But that's a "soft estimate" and nothing that can't be done differently. cn

Also Sailor I forgot that there are always soil testers to see if your soil has enough macro's in it. I wouldn't tell you to go spend another $15 on the tests though is we have a good feeling it is deficiencies. Each vile test a different Macro N-P-K and the other is for PH

Espoma should be really easy to find, I know Osh Carries is Lowes I think carries it, I am not sure about home depot, Walmart I know some carry it

Unfortunately I've never seen the Espoma brand. I just gave my plants a higher-than-usual dose feeding. I'll drop by home depot sometime this week and pick up some bloodmeal/fish emulsion :)
I'll keep you guys posted!
