The Second Amendment- Right to Bear Arms

so as we all know the 2nd amendment is the right to bear arms well the amendment doesn't specify the type of arm. as we all know the shootings that have been on the news lately are contributing to a new gun control law. well i believe although it sounds reasonable to control the guns being bought by civilians to prevent more massacres its not right because the amendment doesn't specify the arms we can have. i feel like the 2nd amendment is another one of those freedom acts i mean people we should have any type of gun we want just like you can have any type of ice-cream. what say you guys? do you believe that the law will be justified or another way for the government to control the peoples power?

The three classes H.R. 11654 provides for are the organized militia, henceforth known as the National Guard of the State, Territory and District of Columbia, the unorganized militia and the regular army. The militia encompasses every able-bodied male between the ages of 18 and 45. All members of the unorganized militia have the absolute personal right and 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms of any type, and as many as they can afford to buy.

The Dick Act of 1902 cannot be repealed; to do so would violate bills of attainder and ex post facto laws which would be yet another gross violation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. The President of the United States has zero authority without violating the Constitution to call the National Guard to serve outside of their State borders.

now, i dont know if there are any incidents that would show it has been overturned. the only reason they(the gov) would have is because they are scared... good they should be. that is a sign of a government in check.....

i dont think they are scared anymore... whats that a sign of.....???
