the clocks are going forward this weekend and for the life of me, and my m8, we cant work out what to do with light schedule for the ladies on 12/12.
do we let it run and do nothing, making new time 7pm - 7pm???
move the timer forward an hour before going to bed, as you would your clock??
wait til lights out next day and change it to the actual time then??
this is my umpteenth grow and cant work out how i aint come across this problem before

HELP!! we is stumped!!!! :leaf::dunce::leaf: :wall: :wall: :wall:

give it a 13 hour sleep, the night before the clocks change set it back, or if you want you can just keep it 7-7, i would not recommend a 13 hour light period though

I would leave the timer. The plants don't care what time it is, and as long as you can still work on em when needed, why fuck with it.

They look nice, and don't worry about it 1 hour 1 time is not going to hurt anything...

And BTW, I don't know what kind of timer you have but mine just does what I program...12/12 is 12/12,,whether it's from 5am to 5pm or 6am to 6pm...just my thoughts...just cuz the clock moves doesn't mean you have to reset your timer...

LMAO

Your plants may miss the 6 o'clock news if you don't reset the timers.

If you have a digital timer do 15 min increments of added dark each day until you get where you want to be... if you have an analog timer like mine it's 30 min increments, just set it so it goes off after 11 1/2 hours, than have it come on 1/2 earlier, you don't lose any dark time just 1/2 of light... do this for 2 nights or as many as you need to.

Why fuck with it? Let it be.

lol, tru, but i think he knows that , he just probably wants to keep the same time frame say 6 till 6 , for going in when lights just come on getting in from work and sorting em out ect. i will just adjust clock on timers on Sunday for light to come on at the same time , but it will be an hour forward , if u know what i mean lol , got to fuck about with tachograph in truck too ! ffs LEAVE THE TIME ALONE !

yeah m8, that was the plan, same time frame 6 til 6, i feel a bit stupid asking the question now and the reason i was wondering why i hadnt come across this before just smacked me in the teeth... ive never needed to, been able to do my shit when i needed to, bit different this time for numerous reasons with Bella grow so wanted to keep it at 6 til 6

is there a DELETE ENTIRE THREAD 'and stand in the corner for ten minutes' button????

and a big SORRY to you whose time i wasted in what i now realise was a bit of a pointless thread. #redface

Yeah just drift the 12 hr schedule forward or backward to meet your needs. Not gonna make ANY difference in the long run.
