Was there green Customs tape on the package? You don't have to have a copy of the letter. Not everyone gets the letter. If customs opened it, and you take a picture of the package and email it to them, they will resend if you got the guarantee.

I just can't believe they carved out and held onto the market share they enjoy by intentionally shafting people. Every so often this very subject comes up. They are a friggin SEED BANK, not WalMart. When dealing with international shipping of even LEGAL goods, shit happens. Lets not even go into what ya throw into the mix when you add illicit goods and customs to the mix. They ship here at their peril. Our gov't could just get a wild hair and go after them as well. Remember Marc? What if NO breeders or seedbanks would ship here? Could happen.

The important message here is that there is evidence of increased confiscations happening with orders from Attitude. If you order from them you should get the guarantee, sold as "stealth shipping".

I feel screwed after having an order confiscated by customs, but that is because I didn't realize that this was a problem and relied on the seller to figure out how to get the seeds delivered. Well, you need to pay extra for this service, they are not like amazon. Not clear to me why anyone would stand behind the optional 'guarantee' (stealth shipping=guarantee???) policy at attitude. I have ordered from them in the past but will not use them again, there are better run seed businesses.
