Yes the system is not completed but at the moement i have 2 ds12b20 (temperature sensor). They communicate trought arduino by 1wire protocol. Easy to use (there wose libraries for use that sensors) and you can use more sensors on the same arduino pin (they share a bus). For humidity i have a DHT11 (I2C protocol). Libraries for that also.
For PH you need to buy a shield like that http://www.practicalmaker.com/products/arduino-shields/arduarium-controller-ultimate-assembled and a PH sensor from ebay.
Don t have an Ec probe at the moment. I will try to make my own using this guide http://www.practicalmaker.com/ec/diy-ec-probe.
Then i have made my own code. It collect data from sensors and then upload to cosm.
For the future i try to control the infan vents to menage humidity and temp and add a LCD (HD44780) to display all data.
