Not much longer at all. A week tops from what I can see, imho I used to wait until there were no white pistils left at all, I'd use a Jewelers loupe, flush... Now? I wait until at least 80% of the hairs are Amber/brown, then chop. I'm not sold on flushing, even if you use synthetic salt...
