My last grow was pretty much like your idea its a great Idea only one problem with it imo. Your pool pump will draw about 12 amps (mine did) and you will have to run it for 12 hours a day minimum thats alot of energy just to push water around...only reason I did it was I have fresca sols also...

yea go ahead and spray I have been spraying just dont use nasty chemical stuff... for caterpillars I find it best to locate them by hand however (latex gloves) and scissors as they like to burrow deep in buds and you dont want to t soak ur buds... Caterpillars are easy to find the bud will look...

yes I am sure u will get something out of it but if u dont care about it why would u have not just grow it outdoors who cares if it gets jacked right??? put outdoors or bya window it will revegg and flower in a month or 2 and u will get lots of bomb! just seems like a waste to do what ur doing...

i was thinking that since they don't have roots yet that really there is nothing to worry about but I have never had a problem like this and I dont want them to be thrown away but I dont want a hermie harvest. it actually looks today like about 50% of them are standing up now.
