they dont grow from seeds bc salvia rarley gives off any they sell them as the plants or u can buy smaller cuttings

i have a strong cfl light but it just makes the growing enviroment too hot should i take off the aluminum foil and use the cfl then also?

so i am wondering if a 2 1/2 by 2 1/2 and about 2 1/2 feet tall and two florecent plant lights, and tin foil around the whole inside would give me good yeilds? anyhelp appreciated
