What supplys should i need ??
For starters? pH meter, TDS/TCC/EC meter, water, seeds, a growing medium, a good pen and some paper, lights, research, information, patience, time, and the notion of being ok with failure, some containers (based on the seeds you'll be using).
im not trying to go big i just want 3 or 4 plants .. Ive watched hours of videos on youtube and im lost ... Do i Need an Exhaust fan ??
You will need an exhaust, not only to move bad air out, but to control odor. They will start to smell.
even if they are in an open environment where they get plenty enough air ??

should i leave them out in my screenroom overnight even if the temps get low ??
That depends on the temperature swings in that room. You need a thermometer and a hygrometer. Save some $ and get a combo unit. You need to see those swings before you put plants in that area, as temperature swings that are too large can harm, stunt, or kill your young plants all together.
should i ever bring them inside or does that cut off all the oxygen they're receiving ??

as far as the soil should it be loose because i hear people saying to tamp it down lightly with your thumbs i dont know if that suffocates the roots ??
That depends on what you are using. I need more information here.

should i use nutes ?? what kind of food should i use ??
You won't need nutrients until they are at least 2-3 weeks out of the soil. Start with quarter strength. AND that depends on what you are growing them into begin with. I need more information on what you are using here.
how much water should i give them on a daily basis ??
That depends on what you are planting them in. I water mine every day BUT am using a totally different medium than you are.
Whats the best water to use ??
I use tap water that has sat with a bubbler for at least 24 hours. I also know the pH and ppm/tc of my water. Which is important. You need to pick up a pH testing kit and a PPM/TC meter.

I need to know those temperature swings, where (abouts) you are located, and those pictures would help too. Are you living in a secluded area? Do you live with people? Can others see that room? I'm missing a lot of information. How much sunlight does that room get?
okay so i germinate my seeds in a large metal tin because it keeps them warm & locks in moisture , once i get them in soil what should i look for as they begin to grow ??
Why a metal tin? A paper towel in a sandwich bag will do you fine. Keep the paper towel moist and in a dark, warm area.
should i put any extra light on um ??
They don't need light until after you plant them after germination, and after they break the soil line.
