here is a pic of how I set mine up. the sockets are from the hardware store. they are like heatlamp fixtures and came with an aluminum hood for each socket but I discarded those cause I have reflective sheeting up. I just attach a string to the ceiling and the sockets have clamps at the end...

i always start seedlings in solo cups and you can keep them in there from initial sprout to about 6 inches tall. I cant really tell you how long that translates into cause every plant is different but when I have let them get bigger than 6" then they would get rootbound. in the past the...
