Well, it appears the shot of Tiger Bloom did the trick. The problem has stopped spreading and the plants are looking great.

What are you spraying with? I have found that strong pesticides can burn a plant to that point, especially when under intense lighting.
When was the last time you watered and how much water did you use? What are the size of the containers and what is the medium you are growing in?
Yes, they were rooted before placed in soil. Rooted in rapid rooters. There were plenty of roots.
And yes, the perlite is MG. Is that bad? Been using it for about a year with no problems.
