i have used the sunleaves rocks and dig them. The roots rinse right off and no bullshit with h202 trying to dissolve the roots. They take a little to stablelize the ph on them rinse hardcore then rince with 5.5 clean water.
Must agree. IMO I feel that hoods are a waste of time but if needed I would use a Sealed Ac and Exhaust when needed. There are controllers that will only run an Exhaust when needed and only runs the Ac if at all possible. If you have the money get a mini split ac system.
simply take all your wattage and divide by your voltage, so 5000w//240v is only 20+ amps. So running a 50 amp box would be ideal that way if needed you can add more equipment.
never tried but if you set it above a 4 foot flood table it could be done. not sure about the flood and drain idea. I would do a drip system so the fabric could get a chance to dry out a little. Im sure if filled hydroton would work. But i would do a coco and perlite mix with this system cuz the...
Algae is a def. Check out Geo pots, there out of San Fran, http://www.geopot.com/ the have a 3 foot by 3 foot planter that i think is right up your ally.
I have noticed the difference between expired rooting compound and fresh. So as far as a no rooting compund be a minimal difference than with is in my experience false info. With out the rooting compounds the stem cant blister, with out blistering your cuts wont root. Although a simple 3 day...
So downloaded Herb IQ and love it. My flowering plants are 29 days in, and my vegging cuts are 16 days in. I have had them sitting right between 5.8 6.0 ph at .9 ec.
Must say plus rep lucifer. Just dowloaded the app and im stoked. Always wanted to keep track of shit but didn't know were to start. Again thank you man this just made things so much better.
Wow this is the first time i have ever thought of using coco. I can say that i have fed organic and synthetic. My organic was shitty and bland. I grew a romulan, bubba, and GDP. Rom was great and the other to bland. Same guy i got the cuts from used all synthetic and his were amazing. P.S i only...
Hey guys sorry i have been slacking on making post, Since my last post i have my second 600w back up and going and purchased a new 6'' inline for my exhaust. I am now fighting heat issues and dont want to have to buy a new ac. I always said i love winter but now being a dwc guy I really can wait...
Hey i have 2 600w hps hooked up to a 6 in active air, pulling about 400cfm. I also have a 5000btu ac unit in the window. I have sealed everything as well as possible with foaming and duct tape. Room will not cool like it was a week ago. Was wondering if because i dont have an inlet for my...
I would say this makes sense but could possible be Solve with a bigger exhaust fan. Im now running a 6in for 2 600w, I know i will get a 10 in when i add my 3 light, possibly run a 12in. Possibly look in to the max fans man there 10in is rated at 1019 cfm
