Hey I live in Edson, Alberta. I have my mmar atp, but no grower. As far as I know hc wont issue new growing permits either personally or for dg's (as of oct/1/2013). Seeing as how you posted on October 5th - maybe youve got a way around this? If you think we could still have a chance shoot me a msg back. I would love to have a dg grow for me.
