Sprouts went in the dirt today.

Everybody has different setups. Some use flouro tubes or CFL or both, some (like me) have HID MH/HPS lights. HID lights are ideal because they give you the most lumens per watt. Flouros and CFL's can't penetrate canopies like HID. Bottom line, people do with what they have. It's amazing what a little know-how and creativity will accomplish. Some of the guys on this site have really interesting grow ops.

I also see all these people's pics and they say 12 13 14 weeks from seed. Is that because they are not growing with MH/HPS??

Let them grow. Did you have other plans?

Hey man I see all these plants that are real skinny and thin. And ones that are nice busy and short. What should I do for the latter of the two.

So based on the flowering times, both strains could finish 2 weeks apart. Personally, I like doing one strain at a time but there's nothing wrong with doing both as long as you can identify when they should be harvested.

Okay the Ice and the Power Skunk.... They are both Indica/Sativa mixes. With a flowering time of 8 to 9 weeks. Now the Double Gum is a Indica/Sativa mix with a flowering of 45-50 days...

Yes I will be very careful in the future. And I am getting a 400 watt hps bulb and 400 watt mh conversion. And I have about 5 to 6 ft of grow height. As for the strains. Ice, Double Gum and Power Skunk. So I will read up on the flowering times.

But I looked at my bank statement and when I ordered from Nirvana it came up as thisipod.com on my statement.

Well read about my first goof. Paid for all my stuff with my bank card. Most went through ebay on paypal. But the seed was just on my card. What do you think... FUCK!!!!! Guess I can lay low see what happens. Yeah I am a idiot.......

Yeah it should be here round weds. I already got the Ice seed. And waiting on the system and everything in the pics. I got one of those tds meters. And waiting on the system and other strains, double gum and power skunk.

It comes like that dont know if it has a bubbler or not pretty sure its just a top feeder. Should I get a bubbler

And I would like to have short bushy plants about 4 feet tall or 4 and half feet tall. I look forward to all your advise.

Just bought one for $15.. In that system you looked at about how much nutes and water???

Hey man you sent a post about " first grow, 3 strains." Can I just use the jiffy discs and once they root put them in hydroton? Or will I have to put them in a bigger medium and then into the hydroton?
