My name is Dr Steven Siegel. I am the head of a research team that works out of the University of Central Florida. We are working on a 100% HIPAA patient privacy tracking seed to sale system understanding that states and we hope one day the government will (going national with legal Cannabis) If we have a system that is already HIPAA ready to market just maybe, again, just maybe they will relax the laws.
