All three seeds I planted have all sprouted as of this morning!! I'll post some pics when I get more batteries for my camera :)

I agree with justparanoid. There are too many variables. I have harvested like 2.5 oz from a 5ft tall RD. I have friends who have harvested a QP from a 5 ft tall RD. It depends on density, number of colas... and many other factors.

I would say that nothing is wrong. Many strains grow A LOT in flowering. You just got one that does :)

I use FF and in from my own experience I go VERY lightly on week 2-3 schedule. I mix it full strength as suggested but I dilute it at least by half when I use it. Maybe go lightly for a week or two and see if you have any improvement.
