I've gotten them too, what i would use is pyrethrium tr and then i have this stuff called gnatrol i add that every time i get soil, its a bad bacteria that the larvae eat and die. i would do a bomb for ones flying around every 4 days as well as yellow sticky traps to monitor there reproduction...

does it talk time for it to change ph Or do i pour in till runoff reads 6.8

ya my water is nasty! strait green! ya i want to raise it up. whats the ratio mix for watering in and topping the soil up with it? I heard 1 cup to 1 bag of soil prior to potting, but whats the topping and water in mixtures? can you burn with this lime? or add to much?

Your right as far as what I have read in "Teaming With Microbes" But the sugars in hydro would also act as carbohydrates in return adding more weight to yield. Then again not totally sure but my thoughts, since all these carbo loads and sugar this and thats that the hydro suppliers are selling...

You just may have answered all my questions, i was wondering if i would have to add lime to ffof as it would flush out after awhile. at the end of my grows in bloom the ph is always so drastically low and now matter how much i flushed,, the flush always did more dammage in my opinion. 4 week...
