Dude youd be better off clipping off the tops so it grows two more branches, once you do it so many times it starts turning into a bush. and you get way more when you do it that way. You can have a monster plant that six ft tall, but when you got a monster bush, that only about 3 or 4 feet tall...

ill put a pic on of itt, i didnt think they existed until i bought one lol. its basically like any normal cfl its just extremely oversized. Big ol floro haha

thats cool man i have a similar set up, 4 forty watt florescent bulbs, with one big ass cfl thats the equivalent to a 300w incandescent. Puts out enough light right? id say about roughly 15,000 lumens
