Hey i found a cool daylight lightbulb that glows a sort of blueish light would that be better for the vegetation period and the warm light for the flowering period??

hey im pretty new to this site and i need sum help with the lighting in my grow box. i have a Philips tornado Florecent warmwhite light bulb and i was wondering if that would be good enuf to start growing my plants Cheers:weed:
