    If the soil is dry then water it. I do mine in increments to ensure the soil is soaked thoroughly. It takes a little longer but its worth the effort. When water starts coming out of the bottom of the pot then I stop watering.
    Hope that helps. I can be more detailed if you need, but its a pretty straightforward process. You'll do brilliantly.

    Some may throw stones at me, but I water from bottom up and it makes life so much easier and my plants are thriving.
