as far as i know to make your plants flower you have to cut back the light from x amount of hours and make it less. so that's why i asked what you would do for vegging?

ya my point is the guy had some cfl's labeled 'soft white' but if you look at the package the arrow is pointing to the redish part of the spectrum. i would say these are okay for flowering but you told him... [/I] you told him those bulbs are for veg right? now is it reccomended to veg...
