Hey guys, I ran into a couple of people who tell me co2 extractions are the way to go but when asking some more questions they have various methods of extracting with co2 that has been pissing me off.
First method I've heard (I have a problem with this method)
Stoner said that it's as simple as...
Just feed with not ph'ed water untill the run off ph rises and you'll be gravy. Soil growers use dolomite lime to offset the natural drop in ph. If i were you i'd just get some coco the next run as ph fluctuations are quite rare.
Edit I would just feed with flowering nutes, if your worried...
And oh the temp issue, that's why most people don't do dwc. Air pumps generally heat the water and the only way to combat it is to lower your room temp or get a chiller. But chillers cost a shit.
What most people use is jacks 321 which is basically the Lucas formula. Green genes has a video of it on youtube. It's jacks hydroponics which is 5-12-21 and cal nitrate 15.5-0.0. Cheapest nutes that gives quality results. Just youtube jacks hydroponics and you should find green genes. Watch a...
I think your problem is ph related. In soil you really have two options. Go straight organics or go straight salts. Both of these methods fuck with ph hard in ways you wouldn't think.
In organics you don't ph the water. The beneficial bacteria buffer the ph to the correct levels by using ions...
Veg nutes and flower nutes use totally different npk ratios. The product your feeding is ment to be used as a foliar spray rather than feeding through the roots lol. So like spraying the plant rather than dumping it into your buckets. That's high in nitrogen which you want to cut out when flowering
I think you need to research a bit more.
You have a number of issues,
1. What nutes
2. What's the ppm
3. You need to cover the orange buckets up. Roots are sensitive to light. Won't really help now as there basically done growing roots at week 4. You want a strong foundation of roots before...
Well as promised using the light meter app. I dont know what happened to the values lmfao. Its probably my phone, I drop this bitch at least 3 times a day. Well the hps should be equal to the led but I guess my glass is dirty. But looking at intensity its just about even. It was held right at...
Yo thats what I was thinking lmfao. But apparently there "growing fine" and "she's pretty big" so apparently I dont know what im talking about. I'm just saying it looks to be ending the second week or starting the third like you said. And if thats the 2nd or 3rd week thats garbage. Not to be...
I get what your saying but personally I have only dealt with 1400ma. I've seen some grows with 700ma and also 1050. The best bang for your buck is 1400ma as you dont need as many cobs and heat sinks but I personally think the sweet spot is 1050ma or 1400ma. Running it at 1400ma does create some...
