Mostly local brick/stalk comes from the mountains where they aren't grown efficiently. Someone tried to do the 16+ day/ 8+ night then flipped to 12/12 and it was also hard for them to flower. Im not from cebu so im not familiar with how it is there.

If you plan to grow here i suggest doing an indoor grow but local strain here would take a long time to flower (mostly sativa and not that strong). Afaik, there is no set time for flowering on our local sativa because we only have two seasons and our day/night times are almost equal and it flowers only once a year.
