natmoon- i think how ever you want to envision something like that is cool... i mean, as long as one has a visualization at all, and keeps focused on that, it's really powerful. it makes things less complicated, and just gives the body cues as to what it's aiming for, so you don't have to...

i'm having trouble with mine, too, and the leaf problems are exactly the opposite- mine are yellowed on the tips, and yours are from the center stalk area- i bet that's a significant clue to use in the plant problems pics in the growfaq.

as water evaporates, pH- or parts hydrogen- changes. I discovered the pH of water i was leaving out over night to de-chlorinate rising, started a similar thread, but i'm not familiar with using a reservoir system... would it be possible for significant water to evaporate?

okay, so here's the deal. on monday 12/10 i took 2 liters of water from the tap, and tested the pH... at 7.21, it has gotten a bit higher, so i'm glad i have my new stuff! i added some pH down that i picked up at the local hyro shop ...and settled on pH 5.83. i think i'll try to keep it...
