Second grow second journal BAG SEEDZ

Well the plant that i was going to put into flower soon showed her sex.. its a female. it has a bunch of small pear shaped pods with 2 hairs coming out of each. Its been under a 18-6 cycle and no 12-12 but it showed sex this morning.

is this normal or odd? well since I know its getting ready I will start the cycle of 12-12 starting tonight. I dont know the exact age of the plant but its nearly 35-40 days old. looks small cause it spent a good 30 days or so under 1 CFL. its reacting very well to the metal halid.

I will try to get some pics once the flowers get bigger. very small for my camera to focus on them.

The little seedlings havnt poked head out yet. maybe few more days.

About half the seedlings sprouted. Really made a huge mistake. Went to walmart to get some soil and all they had was some lawn/grass soil shit. was really nasty had alot of wood crap in it. seedlings had nothing to root in. So I went to another place today and got some soil that said great for seedlings and root growth. had some phosphorus in it. so i transplanted the little seedlings into new cups with a better soil hope they root and survive "fingers crossed"

The other plant is doing GREAT! her leaves are getting so big and lush. very dark green. some are bigger then my hand! she has little white hairs poping out everywhere. her leaves smell very diffrent then my last plant. its bag seed like the other 1 but diffrent bud. smellys very tangy sweet and a bit of skunky to it. almost like a fruity skunky smell.I think she is gonna be awesome.

well the 6 seedlings i have left 2 are looking really bad.. I dont know whats wrong with them.. about to throw them away. the big girl is doing great! she has white hairs poping out every where and lookes extremely healthy. had the light to close to it 1 day and she got little light burn on 2 leaves but very minor. I'm hopeing in 60 days she will look a bush of budded up colas.

any ideas whats wrong with the little ones?

i'm having trouble with mine, too, and the leaf problems are exactly the opposite- mine are yellowed on the tips, and yours are from the center stalk area- i bet that's a significant clue to use in the plant problems pics in the growfaq.

all are doing good. only transplanted 2 littles ones so far need to get more soil tomorow. the big girl is doing very nice she has over 12 new colas coming out.... this thing is going to turn into a bush. she really starting to flower now. she is 18 inches tall.

just got the other 4 transplanted into new soil and bigger pots. I switched over to the HPS. the big plant is really flowering now white hairs are getting thick up top of the colas. little ones are really droopy after transplant. hope they recover in a few days.

also started some bloom booster nutes on the big plant.

Wow looking good, are you still using the miracle grow? I am currently using the same stuff.

yes still using the miracle grow and its working great. I'm using a 400watt HPS 55,000 lumen system right now. I have 5 others growing next to it im sure they prefer the metal halled bulb but i rather keep the HPS bulb in for the flowering female



Ive been giving her bloom booster. not at 1/4 strength either. she seems to have no problem with it. shes very strong

girls look healthy as hell with dark green leaves. what strain? i skimmed through and couldnt find out. good job.

It was from a bag. Wasnt really to crappy of a smoke either. was a very nice upity high. It looks alot more tropical then my other seeds im growing which are bag seed also. The others look more bushy shorter wide fat thicker leaves and the bud is alot more shwaggy. this plant looks like it gonna be very fruity and sweet.

Nice plants, I started using an organic MG potting mix. A lot what of what I have read on this forum is starting to scare me about MG. But your grow gave me confidence. They look beautiful, nice job dude.
