If there is flaps on the inside you can open them. They are to promote airflow across the bottom of your plans and in general. If there is no flap on the inside I would leave them closed as to not cause light induced stress. Don't worry about oxygen in your water if your putting enough effort...

You should get roughly the same yield. More light more bud less light less bud. The amount of plants depends on how you are manipulating them. Less plants topped with lots of even canopy should produce around the same amount as more plants in a sog.

Its normal to get droopy leaves a little before the lights are going to go out.

Did you leave them in the room through flowering or did you only use them for a week or two? It has a fairly short breakdown time in greenhouse applications. I would give them atleast 2 weeks of no pest strip though. But thats just me. The chemical dosnt bioacumulate in plants or animals.

Clone from the flowering plant. How far along is it? When you clone of farther along flowering plants they will sometimes monstercrop themselves and will grow a little abnormal but youll be able to get normal clones off them.

I have used them and like them to. but depending on what state you live hydronic supply lighters and stickers are not a good thing. I have went to a friends house and seen a sticker and instantly knew they were growing or had been growing. Not always a good thing for pot heads to have laying around.
