man i live in india too...having a very hard time finding stuff ..i am currently using cfl and growing some sensi star and skunk#1..not a great looking yield...i want to order some hps/mh and other things also build a dwc...the soil here sucks...always gets fungus...cant find anything..seems like u went through the same thing..anyway it would be great if u could help me out..i have alot of questions..thanks
