Try doing something a little more active than yoga..by all means don't stop yoga, but I find releasing more energy than that is like...hunting back in the nomad days...I think we still need to get that energy to make us feel balanced.

Oh, and if you're in America, they're good at making you feel like you don't belong.

I dunno, I'm no scientist..but it really does seem like you're just thrown into a funk one day, and not a good funk...and then you come out of it, learn nothing from it and are just glad it's gone.

It's called hormones...I don't mean to be a dick when I say that, but I'm for real. I saw the patterns through my friends at about that age, 17 or 18, and I'm only 19 so I just went through it like two years ago.

Cannibal Ox, Jedi Mind Tricks, Immortal Technique...they're hardcore. I do like mos def and deltron(if you're talking about del tha funkee homosapien and deltron3030), but I just can't agree that they're hardcore. Especially Del.

I don't snip unless they're dying. I keep hearing mixed opinions about this, so I don't really know. It makes the most sense to me that the large fan leaves are already absorbing a lot of energy for the plant, and cutting them off will only cause stress, not much, but still stress.
