Is this root aphids or soil mites?

I recently flushed my plants due to the run off ppm being higher then the ppm of the nutes when i was feeding. I got the ppm down to 600-900 and today i fed the plant with 1/2 strenght the ppm was like 900 so i watered and checked the run off and it was like 1200-1500. Why is it getting high...

Yea im gna flush to drop the run off ppm to try to get some feeds at 1200ppm yea i think its a salt buildup what ppm do you think I should get the run off too so i can get a couple more feeding before harvest
